I purchased Roxio Creator 2012 Plus, did the Windows update, every program was closed. I am using Windows 7 64bit.

Installed the Roxio Creator 2012 Plus, tried to use it and it open the window and then wouldn't respond. I tried to close out, went to Task Manager, couldn't close it out finally had to just shut down the computer. Tried again, same thing, so I went online, looked at some suggestions. Decided I would try the process again. So I went to Control panel and uninstalled the program. Restarted my computer and then restarted it again just to make sure every thing was working correctly. i did another windows update, no updates were needed. No programs were open so I attempted to install the Roxio Creator 2012 Plus again. This time in the process of installing I got a message that read "Roxio Creator 2012 Plus wizard was interupted it gave a link for a log in my AppData which I could forward you if you can tell me what step to do next. VERY FUSTRATED. Many hours of downtime.

Please can you help me?

What are you using for an anti-virus program. Do you have it OFF when you are trying to install - it should be.

 

Also please provide this information. Remember to attach the text file, not copy and paste.

The program may have partially installed incorrectly the first time you did it. Download the trial version of Revo Uninstaller PRO and click on forced uninstall for the program (moderate mode).
