Toast 10 Lost Key

Question

at the risk of getting quite a bit of attitude thrown at me, here's my story: i've registered my product quite awhile ago, but am doing a full clean reinstall of all my system software. i have Toast Pro 10, with the envelope and key #s. Toast 10 installed fine, but now trying to install the HD/BluRay plug in and it asks for the product key again. i type it in (yes, checked it several times) and it won't continue on. as we all know, making a phone call to Roxio does no good...any ideas here? the help thingy said the number would be in my "purchase confirmation email from Roxio: . . . but i have a disc, not a download. any ideas?
