Upgrade To Latest Roxio Version

Question

I need to create a new Slide Show and add my own MP3 music files to the show. Do I have to upgrade to Roxio 2012 in order to do this? Will I have to pay $39.00 just to do this?

If I choose to upgrade to the latest version and do not renew each following year, will I still be able to add my own MP3 files after the next year?

There is no Roxio 2102. There is a Roxio CREATOR 2012 that you may be able to buy locally or an on-line store. The most recent version of CREATOR is Creator NXT.

I sounds like you have PhotoShow 5? Is that correct? Do you already have a premium membership? If so, log into your member page and you can download V6 free.

I'm not sure how long PhotoShow and the online storage will be around. There are some basic problems with it and they don't seem to ever be fixed permanently.

If you have no need for on-line access then there are other possibilities. If your slide shows are relatively short - about 10 minutes, you can use YouTube. IFZ you have a lot of slide shows, you may want to build your own web site. They are cheap and almost automatic.

If you only want to do video - nothing else like image editing and audio editing, you might want to look at this. It will do slide shows with your own music. It costs a little more and does not have the web access. Corel now owns Roxio so you might want to look at some of their offerings also.

Above, I asked you if you had PhotoShow 5. If you do, you can use your own mp3 files (there may be restrictions on sharing). Look at this
