Software Disappeared?

So I've had my Roxio HD Pro for about 3 months and had little to no issues. But one day my live stream just stopped working completely. I just ignored it until today.. I booted up the Software and it was black screen with "No Signal" in green. I uninstalled the Roxio Software and then attempted to re-install it using the CD and all it asks is if I want to Repair or Unistall. If anyone can help, that'll be greatly appreciated.

WHY it stopped working is more interesting than how to repair it...

 

Do you run any Reg Cleaners, maybe part of your AV?

 

The proper Repair process goes like this:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc (download version - run Install)

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where

Repair

is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

Check for updates when you start the program.

I turned off my fire wall and then inserted the disc. I checked for updates, and pressed repaired and still no Roxio Icon is on my desktop or on my computer. There's no way I can attempt to even open the program. :/

It does not just fail without an error message...

 

Maybe you can get a friend to work with you on this.

Still nothing. I put the CD in and there is no message asking for the serial number or saying to install. It just keeps saying to Repair or Remove.

I fixed it. I had to rebooy my computer and then uninstall the Roxio and then reinstall it back. but now I have another issue involving capturing....
