Burn Project Succeeds - But Doesn't Burn...

Creator 2010 Pro and my last project before upgrading to NXT. I burn the project and it ends successfully, but doesn't burn to disc.

 

Here are the details - what am I doing wrong??

 

I have created a 16:9 project to burn to Blu-Ray. I have done this before successfully using the same burner and the same BD-R discs.

 

The Validate Project tool runs in ~ 3 seconds and validates the project. I click on File | Burn Project to Disc and only select the "Burn to disc" section.

 

 

The project runs for several hours and completes, but only Open Project and Encoding Movie are checked off before the Complete checkmark.

 

 

Success nbut no burned BD-R!

 

What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!

I have found the problem exists because of space limitations on your hard drive. Copy portion works ok, but upon trying to convert to dvd it has to use more hard drive so you therefore need a lot of hard drive space.

Brian just to double check (and to see if WDS is on the right track) , please post your computer information vai dxdiag (Link). Follow these instructions carefully and attach the file; cop not copy and paste.

SKNIS and WDS, you nailed it. I'm down to 20GB on this disk so can't burn to disk. I was able to send an .iso file to a different disk - no problem.

 

I was also able to open the .iso file and write to disk with a Roxio utility.
