So I will take the liberty of starting a Topic for 'geek' AND improving the readability a bit...

i had just purchased a roxio game capture HD pro and i have been fussing with it since i got it, so i am using my xBox 360 with this device.

 

when plugged into the hd television with two hdmi cables, i get NO signal on the TV what so ever, nor do i get ANY option on the capture screen on the computer, nothing is working at all.

 

i have uninstalled and re-installed this so many times and it never seems to resolve the issue, i have tested the hdmi cables with souly the xbox and tv and both cables wok just fine,

 

when i plug the roxio into the computer via usb the purple light turns on so i have a feeling it isnt the roxio that has a problem,

 

i am thinking for some reason its the software, on the PC screen on the capture window for source there is nothing there and it is not accessible to me,

 

for input it says no input and for signal there is no signal, i have no idea what the heck is going on,

 

i may have the wrong person to be asking but if you can help my gosh PLEASE DO

If I go to the device manager I see no roxio gameCAP HD PRO i see transcoder

Jim Hardin can you make a torrent where we can download the roxio game capture hd pro software with working cd key. There is one for roxio game capture, but not for the pro version.

Jim Hardin can you make a torrent where we can download the roxio game capture hd pro software with working cd key. There is one for roxio game capture, but not for the pro version.

 

It is illegal to do that ... and you have just been reported to the authorities

 

The download would do you no good anyway since you need the capture hardware device to run the program.

 

Before you do any more posting learn how to use these boards.

I know how tu use it but I dont have my CD key. I payed a lot for this and I'm not going to trow it away because roxio has a bad custom server!

There is no download available for this package and nobody here is going to create a torrent for you.

ALL HD PRO devices ship with a disc, NO Exceptions!

 

The ONLY way you could get the device without a disc is by purchase from someone who didn't give you the disc!

 

I do not work for Roxio but in the real world, it is not Roxio's responsibility to make up for your sellers stupidity

 

Go back to where you got it from and either get a disc or a refund!
