Question

I tried Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus on my Windows 7 Ultimate Pro 64 bit machine.

 

I have the latest updates, drivers, blah, blah, etc, etc.

 

Result: lousy video on the burned DVD: color off, scratchy, top of screen has too much green fading down to washed-out picture, poor resolution.

 

I returned the product to the store.

 

Now I want to un-register (de-register?) the product from my Corel Account.

 

How do I do that?

No one on the users forums knows how you would do that. Contact Corel directly by clicking on the Support tab at the top of your screen.
