I Dont Get How To Use Web Video

I have roxio ez copy and convert. I dont get how to use web video. It just sits there and tell me to open the browser and download a you tube video. That it.nothing else happens. You cant contact anybody, technical support is not available???? does any one know.

If you just bought the program and if that is all you want to do with it, get your money back. Very few have gotten to work reliably.
