Spin Doctor (Toast 11.1) Crashes Two Different Machines

I have just bought Toast 11.1 and installed it on my iMac (MacOs 10.8.2).

When I open Spin Doctor and try to "Record what you hear" the machine crashes to a gray screen, I get a message that the machine has crashed and it reboots.

I have also tried to install it on my MacBook Air at home with the same result.

 

Is this a bug in the program, or is there a problem with Os 10.8.2?

 

Any one else having similar problems?

Corel says Spin Doctor X is not supported in OS 10.8. It doesn't work.

This is infuriating. I'm in the same predicament, having bought this USELESS product based on good will from previous versions. Is there no intention to fix this mess? That's it? "Incompatible with 10.8?" Unacceptable.

veryverygary, a simple not crashing startup of the Toast applicationon 10.7 can't even been fixed. I've had it with this junk. Try burn, it's free.
