Software Wont Open

He, i recently (as in yesterday) installed the roxio hd pro software onto my desktop it meets all of the requirments and installed fine but when i attempted to open it nothing happened, it loaded for a second and then stopped and did not load. so today i tried it on my friends laptop, we installed it restarted his computer did everything we needed to and viola it worked but that doesnt help me since i still cant use it on my desktop i need help please

Well did you remove it from your friends PC?

 

The EULA End-user license agreement you agree to when you install it, states one license one PC.

yes after testing my friends laptop i uninstalled the software then attempted to reinstall it on my computer but it still doesnt work

You think maybe we might want to know your PC Specs and your install logs
