Roxio Game Capture Hd Pro Software Lost

I bought the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro last december at amazon.com, I live in Perú, I received the box and never saw the CD inside, when I realized there was a CD it was too late the box was gone, where can I get a new CD? or where can I download the software? I have tried to register my Roxio Game Capture in the web but it does recognize the serial number from the device.

FYI...same thing happened here adn I would suggest not wasting your time. I spent two days (16 hours) talking to numerous people to try to obtain a copy of the software since the disk got scratched. The only way you can get the software, according to support, is to dole out another $150 to BUY a whole new card with the software. They told me that a downloadable version of the software for the HD Pro Capture card was available at the time of the original purchase, (which I don't recall) so I tried to purchase another card online and saw no option for download or download backup as ODGENS confirms. When I called back and told them, they insisted that I was wrong and kept sending me to different phone numbers for different support people, none of whom were able to help. One person finally said I'd have to buy an new card. From the get go, I offered to PAY for a copy of the software and they said it would be $150! That's really poor customer service.
