No Signal - Roxio Game Cap Hd Pro

H-DOGRIDINMOTO

Question

I recently purchased my roxio and I finally the cords that I needed. When I set up using tutorials it says "No Signal" in green letters on the capture software on my computer. My computer has all of the minimum system requirments aswell. I have a ps3. Also on my TV it says no signal. All the cables (HDMI and PS3 HD Component Cable) are working fine as I tried them directly from my ps3 to my computer. Anyways I've been anticipating this roxio for a while now and I really want it to get working asap. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Scott

You Must UNINSTALL the Fujitsu Device in your Hardware Manager!

Then you must REMOVE the RGC device before you start the Repair operation...

If you do it this way, it is not possible for Windows to install any driver, Fujitsu or otherwise...

Also, would you confirm that your Roxio disc is the same as this one???

That was explained to H-DOGRIDINMOTO in post # 14 and again in post # 21.

H-DOGRIDINMOTO right click the Fujitsu device showing and click properties, opens the properties window on the general tab, post a screen cap what it shows?

I know, but just wanted to add a little more emphasis to it ;)

He also confirmed that he has the right DVD for it... I though it was possible he was using the one from the SD Game Cap.

Didn't mean to butt in, sometimes it helps to hear the same thing from a different voice

I want to see the Properties window, general tab for the Fujitsu device.

I'm beginning to think it could be his sound card and windows keeps installing it on reboot?

Well in the Imaging devices all there is is "Integrated Webcam". What should I Disable the Fujitsu and the other thing in the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers? Also my computer is a Dell windows laptop.

and cd as I said all I have plugged in is a hp mouse.

 re-read the last sentence in Post #39...

How many different laptops do you suppose Dell has made through the years? I know I have had 3...

Perhaps you can get someone over to work with you on this. The Two Heads Better than One theory ;)
