No Signal - Roxio Game Cap Hd Pro

I recently purchased my roxio and I finally the cords that I needed. When I set up using tutorials it says "No Signal" in green letters on the capture software on my computer. My computer has all of the minimum system requirments aswell. I have a ps3. Also on my TV it says no signal. All the cables (HDMI and PS3 HD Component Cable) are working fine as I tried them directly from my ps3 to my computer. Anyways I've been anticipating this roxio for a while now and I really want it to get working asap. Can anyone help?

okay also btw I just tried to repair the roxio again and still no luck :/ Here is the driver and details tab

I have a mouse plugged into my laptop but nothing else. Also Jim I will try exactly what you say. Also I can comfirm that I have the same roxio cd.

You Must UNINSTALL the Fujitsu Device in your Hardware Manager!

 

Then you must REMOVE the RGC device before you start the Repair operation...

 

If you do it this way, it is not possible for Windows to install any driver, Fujitsu or otherwise...

 

Also, would you confirm that your Roxio disc is the same as this one???

He also confirmed that he has the right DVD for it... I though it was possible he was using the one from the SD Game Cap.

Well, I followed the steps correctly again and the Fujitsu Device still pops up when I plug in my RGC USB.

 

Do you have any other USB Devices plugged into your PC other than the RGC HD Pro?

You never told us what laptop you have?

 

In your Device Manager, what is listed under "Imaging Devices"???

 

If you Disable that camera, as well as the Fitjitsu what happens?

(rebooting of course)

Well in the Imaging devices all there is is "Integrated Webcam". What should I Disable the Fujitsu and the other thing in the Sound, Video, and Game Controllers? Also my computer is a Dell windows laptop.

How many different laptops do you suppose Dell has made through the years? I know I have had 3...

Well, I have a Dell Inspiron 7110. Also I would love to get help from a friend or family but none of my friends or family know anything about this sort of thing. Sorry about not being detailed I am not the most computer tech person .

From what I have seen, the Green No Signal indicates that the device is not plugged in

 

Maybe if you listed your PC Specs so we don't have to take your word for it

 

Likewise, look in your Device Manager for the GameCAP entry and no other errors/warnings present!
