My Problem:

CD/DVD writer disappears after sending a project from videowave to mydvd. I do have a Nero suite that came preinstalled. Can Nero and Roxio products coexist on the same system?

I've had Nero 7 Ultra installed along side of Roxio products for years without a problem.

 

If Roxio programs don't see your DVD Drives?

Before I attempt the fix suggested. The drive is available after installing Creator but disappears from the system after videowave sends project to mydvd. The drive completely disappears from the system either from Roxio or from My Computer. Still think this fix will work?

I had previously uninstalled Roxio Suite to get my dvd drive back. I tried to reinstall and got setup error message that "your configuration does not support any of the content" from the downloaded and saved folder.
