Comupter Tells Me Cd&dvd10.3 Exe Not Valid With Win32 Applications ?

Have bought the download of Cd & Dvd Burning spent 1 hr download doubble click on download once finished up pops the little window that says Cd & DVD burning 10.3 exe not a valid Win 32 application unfortunately not very computer smart have i wasted my money or can i get around this I am running windows 7. Thanks in Advance
