No Signal On Pc

So i hook my xbox up to the Roxio capture card set the cord on hd put the system on 1080i or w/e hook the cables it gave me up to the tv i have picture on the tv have the data cable hooked it has power.

i have unstalled the program and restalled the program than removed the drivers and repair them i still get on signal to pc. i have a blue fuzzy screen that moves

i have it correctly hooked up i used the diagram no signal on pc but i have tv picture please help

First do these two entries show in Device Manager?

 

Is there a entry under Other Devices in Device Manager?
