Split From - Creator 2012 Wont Install On Dell With Windows 7

I'm also using windows 7. tried installing roxio creator 2012 pro. part way through installation at begains to rollback, and then i get "SET UP IS INTERRUPED" message. I've gone to ROXIO home page entered the message received and what i got was differentsteps which cost me over 6 hours at no resolve. My computer is less than a year old with all windows updates. media player updates, direct x updates, burner updates,audio drivers update. I've done the MSCONFIG disable thing. I was directed to the windows FRAMEWORK UPDATES, did all that to. I've put in over 6 hours trying to get my ROXIO CREATOR 2012 PRO into my computer so I understand your concern.
