Cell Phone To Computer But Not Dvd Player

i have a easy cd & dvd burning cd rom i am triying to burn some videos i have recorder with my cell phone i put them in a folder then added the data to the easy dvd burner and also to the drag burner

it burns it but the dvd won't play with my dvd player but it does play once i put in the computer!! what am i doing wrong??

It's not clear what you're actually doing, or what you're doing it with.

 

[1] Which version of Easy CD & DVD Burning do you actually have? If you go and click the Help button above the main menu, then select 'About this Software' you should get a box opening which looks something like this:

 

What are the Name and Version numbers that you see in the area I've drawn a red line around?

 

[2] If you have version 9.x does the "drag burner" you mention have an icon like this in the bottom right corner of the screen?

If it does, this icon cannot be used to make Video-DVDs. It's a different burn system, don't use it.

 

[3] Will you please describe what menu selections you're using, and how you're going about making your DVD - step by step.

 

[4] What sort of DVD are you burning to? A write-once one [DVD-R or DVD+R] or a rewriteable [DVD+/-RW] ?
