Game Capture Software Clashes

1:Was informed by Roxio that if we bought a game capture hd pro to uninstall all previous game capture software.(The original game capture and pc versions,which were registered and worked fine)

2:Bought new game capture HD Pro unit and installed software.

3:Installed game capture pc software.(have acknoledged receipt of registration)

4:Tried to get game capture working on ps3 with no luck - no.Roxio help no use.

5:Unistalled all software and re-installed hd software only - HD unit works fine with ps3.

6:RE-installed pc software and HD unit does not work with ps3

7:Unistalled al software,re-installed HD software only and guess what HD unit works fine with ps3.

8:Informed Roxio help but might as well talked to myself - HELP????????

I know I can't follow that process and make any sense of it at all

 

How about just distilling all of that into one concise statement of what you want to do!

 

Then add what problem is keeping you from doing that...

You own Roxio Came Capture Software & Hardware, Roxio PC Game Capture Software, and Roxio Game Capture HD PRO Software & Hardware?

 

You keep installing the older software on top of Roxio Game Capture HD PRO Software and that hoses Roxio Game Capture HD PRO Software?

 

All you need is Roxio Game Capture HD PRO Software & Hardware to do what all three did.
