Hardware Issues



I am having a problem with the physical roxio capture card.

When connected to my laptop it should turn purple but it turns red and fades away.

I have been using it since early January.

When i was about to use it today, my laptop malfunctioned when trying to capture which caused my roxio to turn red and fade everytime i plug it in.

In addition my computer doesn't detect it either.

Please, if you know a way to fix this please respond to me!

Does your PC power it on OK???


It sounds as though your laptop is not producing enough power to run it!


Make sure you have your Lap connected to AC power and not running on battery!


Also try all the different USB ports, just to be sure ;)


Did you receive a Support Code from Corel (email) when you registered? Did you register the product???


IF Yes, use that number when you contact Support!


IF No... let me know ;)
