I loaded and reloaded numerous times Creator NXT Pro and everytime I try to add a new movie to burn VideoWave stops working, andy help would be greatly appreciated. By the way I've attached my computer info.

What exactly is the new movie?

What format?

How long in play time?

When I launch create DVD, I then click on add new movie. I've tried avi and mp4 formats and I get the same thing, the add new title screen comes up and it grays out and I get the error "videowave has stopped working".

Create DVD's is My DVD not Videowave!

How long in play time are the new movies?

Where do they come from?

I understand what you're saying but when I launch Create DVDs and I go in and add a new movie it brings up the add new title and the screen goes to like a cloudy white with everything in the background and it says VideoWave has stopped working. I tried to do a screen capture but it's to big to send.

This is the last time I will ask this if you answer or not! :(

I don't see what the difference of where the movie comes from and how long the play time is but since you want to know then here it is.

The one that you will see in the screen capture is a little over 2 hours (700mb), and I've tried training movies we have that are only 30 minutes and if you notice on the screen capture it doesn't even allow me to get to select the movie.

The movies are mostly training films we have on our storage device we have here connected to the network.

I see now why you were reluctant to explain the video source, Talladega Nights is a commercially produced movie and is copy protected making it illegal to copy and no talk of it will be allowed here.

Now if you have problems with video from a other sources that isn't a commercially produced movie and isn't copy protected come back and we will try and help.

If you look at my posts I've tried with numerous video formats and types and it still does not work. Would it sooth your conscience if I put one of our military training videos and screen captured that and sent it? Like I stated before no matter what I have in there it does not work, comercially or not, I've tried every type of video and there is no joy. If I was reluctant to explain the video source do you actually think I would have sent you the screen print with it?????? You stated above that videowave was not part of create dvd and it used my dvd but if you look at the print screen you can clearly see that it states "videowave" is not working....... It does not even give me the option to select a video it goes straight to the add new title screen then stops working.
