Once you tell us then we can move your topic to the correct forum. Some more information on what you are doing would really be helpful.
sknis
If you are using the capital letter "PhotoShow " program, are you using the desktop version or the on line version o the freebie essentially OEM version that came with some versions of Creator. If the desktop version, re-download PhotoShow Version 6 and install it over what you have now. How are you trying to play the PhotoShow - adobe should have little to do with the program. How does it play with another video player?
denise1966
Thank you yes it is PhotoShow and I have upgraded to the premium version. The message appears once we have uploaded the photos and then try to edit them. Its the online version we are using is there an alternative. I have just tried to create anothe photoshow only to be met by same message. I wonder if it is to do with number of photos as there are over 300. Thanks

My advice. Unless you have a MAC, download and install PhotoShow V6 from your member's page and install it on your computer (with your anti-virus off). Create your PhotoShow with your desktop version.. Once you are finished, you can sign in using that desktop version and upload that PhotoShow to your member's page. Note that you can also burn a disc from the desktop version or you can output to a wmv file or a mpg file for your portable players or you could upload to YouTube either public or private so that only your friends can see it. In my personal opinion only (I have no inside knowledge to share). PhotoShow is just hanging on and will probably become obsolete. There are issues with the on-line version creating mp4 files that has not been fixed in more than a year. What I suggested above will work and save you much anguish.
