Roxio Game Capture Screen Problem

Hello Everyone,

 

I have just installed my roxio capture software and on the little screen in the top right it has my game but then under it the top of the screen. I don't know how to fix this as my friend had it on his roxio, but if anyone could help I would be very happy.
