Another No Signal Problem

Question

I have been trying to get my roxio game capture device to work. Driver is installed and software is as well. However I can't get any video or audio to show up on my TV and the software says Input: HDMI Status: No Signal.

I have an HDMI cord between XBOX and Input of the device. An HDMI cord between the output of the device and input to the TV. The power/usb cord to the computer and device. What is going wrong?
