Hdmi Not Working.

Both my HDMI cords work, and the usb works too. I am just now trying to hook up to HDMI and i plugged in both HDMI cables into the Roxio, TV, and xbox 360 correctly, but on my TV it says "No Signal". I have my tv on the right settings too. I have been using it fine with the normal cables. So i don't know what could be wrong.

Did you set the XBox to use HDMI?

If you were using a Component connection before then the XBox may have not changed the video output setting.

Check it to make sure that it's set correctly.

 

If you connect without the Roxio device in the middle do you get a picture?

Also you have to have the USB cable plugged in to a working computer so that the device powers up.

Yes its all set correctly and i get picture without the roxio with both cables, and yes it powers the roxio correctly.
