GaryWAVE
I have Creator NXT Pro 2012 and I'm trying to copy youtube videos to a file. But it keeps saying to update adobe flash player, but it's already latest version. I open the program and click convert. I then open Explorer and go to youtube and play the clip. It doesn't get put into the list. I don't have Explorer 9, but 8 for reason copying and pasting. Could this be the problem? Thanks. Gary
cdanteek
I don't have Explorer 9, but 8 for reason copying and pasting. Could this be the problem? Could you explain that better with more detail? The video capture has been hit and miss u tube changes things IE changes things! What I've done is download Fire Fox 18.0.1 install it and grab the add on extension DownloadHelper 4.9.13 here. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/?src=ss Grabs everyone I try. GaryWAVE
Creator Pro is suppose to allow me to download videos from youtube. But it won't list the videos I play as the instructions say it will. I can't then convert them because I get the message that i need the latest adobe flash player in order to do so, but I have the latest version. I have Explorer 8, not 9. Has anyone else had this problem? I may try using Firefox if no other solution can be found. Gary
cdanteek
Yes, most people have this problem, do a search on the forum or Google. Why I gave you my solution, FF and DownloadHelper.
kpspence
I'm having same problem. IE9, latest Adobe. NXT isn't much better than Creator10 and the support options stink. Some things better get fixed fast or I'll be uninstalling and cutting my losses, never to buyRoxio again.
