2Nd Hand Device Missing Software

Hi Folks

 

I recently bought my nephew a game capture device for his Xbox but, as they are very expensive, this was second hand. Before he could manage to install or register it he lost of the software disk. Is there anyway of getting any information from the hardware that would allow me to register this product - if this is even possible, as it is second hand?

Sorry David nothing anyone here could do and I doubt Roxio support would help because it was bought second hand.

 

I've seen more lost disc's and CD Key's in the RGC forums than all the rest of the forum products in ten years.

 

Why I don't know?

Thanks for getting back to me on this. My expectations were low but I thought the hardward would matter more than the software here so I thought I would try. I guess the real problem here is a 14 year old nephew who throws things around and doesn't yet understand the importance of keeping these things safe.
