I was charged the money and got an email saying it was being shipped as of today it has been three weeks with no tracking url and no package. If someone can please help us both out this is really annoying because this is the second time i tried ordering from roxio and both times they end up f'ing me over. So help us please. But I decided to start a new thread it hopes someone will be able to answer it. So my problem is that I orded the roxio game cap hd and as of today its been three weeks since i got the email saying it is being shipped. I was provided with no tracking URL nothing at all. And its been a very long time. This is the second time i have be screwed over my roxio when ordering and this will be the very last. So if anyone can tell me what the problem is and how do i fix it that would be great. Because honestly this is getting very very very annoying. Over 31 days ago I ordered my Roxio HD hardware from a german website store, after confirming that Roxio has a 'headquarters' in Germany. Well, not exactly HQ, but they do have some sort of representation in Germany. Anyway, in next day I got the confirmation of my order and the e-mail was in german language, and on next day it was already dispatched. This time I received an e-mail in english language, but I didn't think anything of it. I'd like to stress that I expected Roxio HD to be shipped from Germany! Since the country I live in is also in EU, I wouldn't have to pay any import taxes. I patiently waited about three weeks, and then I started to send some mails. I repeatedly asked three times from where is Roxio HD sent, and they avoided answering it. Then I did some research and found out that they're actually sending it from United States, instead of Germany. What kind of business practice is that? So now instead of original 139 EUR + 7 EUR for shipping, I'll likely have to pay additional 30 something EUR for import tax. If I ever receive Roxio HD in the first place. I've been saving up for a while to buy me one of these, and I simply don't have the monies necessary to call them overseas.
