Corz 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2013 Everytime I try to click into Roxio Videowave it doesn't respond and displays a menu stating so. I tried clicking on "check online for solution" but nothing happens. I also put my start up disk in to repair it but that didn't work either?
0 JTunn 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2014 I'm having the same problem. Original installation, Dell XPS, Windows 7, Norton 360. Installed Roxio, imported some jpegs and attempted to enhance in videowave. Videowave opens and stops working immediately. Tried repair with Norton off. No success. Tried complete uninstall, power down, restart, Norton off, reinstall. No success, This should not be this hard. What now?
0 Jim_Hardin 418 Report post Posted January 28, 2014 You butted into a Topic that is nearly a year old and Corz never came back... Your install is corrupt and you need to start with a proper repair (add Nothing - skip Nothing) First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc. Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished. Now insert your Roxio Disc. Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows) When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that! When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

You posted in the Game Capture HD Pro forums, which is the wrong forum, if you don't have the product.
