You can use any video file that Videowave accepts which of course would include any recorded videos files from RGC.

Well, the new issue is that it won't let me use those files or the files that I just captured. But the capture did in fact work because I can view the file, just not in the VideoWave. I have included what it looks like.

So the first time around you only asked part of your questions???

 

VW will open every file format in its' list!

 

If it does not, then the File is Corrupt OR the program is corrupt

 

You should run a proper repair. Remove your RGC device and follow these steps:

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc - run Install

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

 

That should put you back in business

It didn' t work. It still lists them as corrupt/incompatible.

If you can't provide ALL of the details, I don't see how anyone can help you...

 

Use Explorer to get the file details then Post those details here!

 

Do you still have other program on a PC somewhere? Can it open these files???
