What do you have connected with HDMI? If it is a PS3 box, then it won't work.

Posting pictures here is as easy as it gets  Look at the instructions HERE

In your picture, your driver is present so even a PS3 hooked up with hdmi should still yield a signal :glare: (you can't record from a PS3 when hooked up with hdmi but it will show up)

Check to make sure you have the HDMI plugged into the Input side of the RGC.

You mentioned Laptop... Check your Laptop specs to make sure its' USB ports have enough power to power the RGC - my lap hs 3 USB Ports of which only One has enough milliamps to run the RGC

Of course make sure your game console setup is set to the output you are sending to the RGC. (you could try a DVD or BD Player as a source)

We can work on getting your TV working later! Let's see if we can get the Signal issue fixed first ;)
