Photoshow Won't Load

My photoshow is part of Creator2012 Plus. I wanted to edit my photoshow that has been uploaded to my blog, but cannot get it to load onto my computer. The word upload has two dots that blink and a rotating half-circle above it. Does anyone have a remedy?

Upload is usually uploading it to a web or blog or other.

Download is getting it on your computer from your web or blog.
