Split From - Roxio Creator 2012 Pro Won't Install From Dvd

So has a patch been provided by Roxio? I tried to contact Corel Roxio but no code was provided when I registered the software so Customer Service is non existent. I have put a STOP PAYMENT on the purchase with my credit card and am waiting to see what comes of it. I have tried every means of reaching Roxio in good faith but they choose to ignore and have locked any chain of discussions on this topic.

Create a new folder on your desktop, copy the contents of the DVD to that folder. Install from there. Do you have a DVD optical device (reader) on your computer?
