Cannot Get To Capture Menu



Hi. Whenever I turn on roxio game capture HD pro, the little window pops up, and I can either go to capture, or or edit/record. Well, every time I try to press the capture button, the loading screen pops up and immediately disappears and nothing happens. I have no Idea what the issue is here. Do you guys know what's up? Also, when I try using the card with Xsplit nothing happens either. I go to select camera, and select the roxio capture card and it just says its not available.


Is this some bug? I have used the card to stream before and it woked then, but now nothing. Please help. Thanks.

The short answer is that the Install is screwed up...


I think what you want to do is try a repair but make sure you do it this way...


First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.


With the Device Plugged in, go into Device Manager and uninstall it!


Remove the Device and set it aside for later.


Now insert your Roxio Disc - run Install.


Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)


When you reach the screen where
is offered, choose that!


When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
