Desperately Seeking Roxio Creator 2011

Hello all

 

Hope someone here can help me. I bought Roxio Creator 2011 some time ago. I have it regersted in my account but, since i bought it i have a new computer and do not have an order number or even know which credit card i used to buy it. When i purchase it i bought the download and not a disk, i saved the install down load but since have lost it in the switch to a new computer. I still have the key code but need the install download. Where can i get it from with out buying a new application?

 

If i need to list any other info. please post and i will do so asap.

It is doubtful that you can download it from Roxio. If you didn't burn that download file, to a disc, you may be sol. You may be able to find it on e-Bay or at Amazon.

Note If your NEW computer has Windows 8, Creator 2011 is not compatible with it (link)

i was looking at Roxio Creator NXT on another site and they had 2 different ones one was a standard apllication and one was an education application. The education one was 20 dollars cheaper. What is the difference between the 2 and would i be able to use the educational one??

Do you qualify for an educational discount? You'll have to prove it. There are two non-educational versions, the standard and the PRO. The Pro has more features but it is a lot more than the standard version.

I have tried to call that number and can never get to a real person, worst help line i have ever seen. all it does is reffers you back to the Roxio web site.

If you look just below you will see the standard NXT.

Go on-line and search for Roxio coupon codes. I saw one for $20 off NXT. Go to the Roxio on-line store and buy the download. (Make a copy of it). This gives you a short period of technical support AND a return warenty if you don't like it (no questions asked). Destroy the download and the copy if you decide you don't like it.
