Can't Get Update 1.1

I just bought Roxio HD Pro and am having a hard time getting it to work with OBS. I notice that I have version 1.0 and I was hoping that update 1.1 will help, but I go to check for updates under help and it tells me there is no new updates. So I came to the site here to get the new 1.1 download, but after loging in and clicking the download link it takes me to a page that just basically says File Not Found. I then go to my account and I am logged out and a message that says I can not be logged in at this time.

 

I am not sure what all is going on here, but can someone help me?

 

This Roxio stuff is beginning to be more of a pain that what it is worth.

What is OBS?

 

Don't throw in obscure acronyms without explaining what they mean.

I brought up OBS just saying what I am doing with Roxio.

The bigger problem at hand is that I can not get the update and can not seem to stay logged in except for the forum.

 

It is like you read my first sentence and replied.

Like most devices, the RGC hardware is Proprietary and will not work with other software...

 

If it does, great! If not, well... that's the way it is

Maybe that will work now that i deleted the one sentence people read.

I am curious how you think you know that you have SP1 rather than SP1.1???

 

I have had this since Dec 12 and have yet to find a way that will tell me what SP I have for it...

 

IF you installed or repaired it AND you chose to let it check for updates, 1.1 is installed!

 

Which in turn explains why NO update can be found when you look

 

Does that explain everything you have asked for???

I had to open Capture first, then mine shows this.

Under software manager it shows me 1.0

Which is mostly irrelevant since if you look under the apps they will both be showing SP 1.1

Sp 1.1 is the only Sp available.
