403 Error

I have tried for 2 days to upload a photoshow to my premium account but keep getting a 403 error. There is no one I can talk to about this. What do I do, I am so frustrated that I'm ready to cancel my account with Roxio

That 403 error seems to indicate that the web site says that you are no longer a Premium member and therefore has restricted access. When did you last renew; do you have prooof? Can you get to your membership page? I have just signed in and didn't have any issues. I have not tried to upload a PhotoShow recently but I know that others have had issues.

As you know, Corel bought Roxio and the support is still in transition. You would probably pay for support so consider the alternative that you posted. Perhaps, if the PhotoShow is 10 minutes or so you might make it a video file in the sharing step and up it on YouTube as a restricted upload..
