Copy & Convert 5 Burning Eng Won't Initialize

Hello;

 

The software will start and load the main menu but when trying to run the Copy and Convert tab an error box shows "Cannot initialize the Burning Engine". Please reinstall the softwre. I have shutdown virus program and tried 2 reinstalls but to not avail. Have also removed the program and tried a new install but to no avail. Have looked at earlier posts and tried loading a "repairer" but that gives me an "Error code 2" when trying to run it as well.

Build 136B00D, VCC; 606b77a, VCC

 

I also have VHS to DVD Plus3 loaded which I have no issues with

 

Would like to do another clean install that you mentioned in an earlier post

any help would be apprecited
