Roxio Creator De 10.3 Opens Whenever I Connect One Of My External Hds


Roxio Creator DE 10.3 opens to backup page whenever I connect one of my external hds and if I connect two HDs then I will have two pages opening that I will have to exit out of.....have looked every where I can think of to stop this..no luck.....all suggestions would welcomed .....Thanks

Your Creator 10.3 DE is a DELL OEM version.


DELL is supposed to provide all support for their version. Contact DELL.

Thanks, but it turns out I had check the box to "use auto play for all media and devices" unchecked and all is normal.
