I'm not a Mac person but I hope it's the same as on a PC.

You say you selected all of the tracks.

If you are putting together a mix cd then I doubt that the names will ever show.

The names show up from a database that queries the cd when it's inserted.

If there is not an exact match in the database then you just get track numbers.

The one way you could have them show is if the cd is written with cd-text and the player you use will display it.

Like I said I'm not sure it's the same with Mac as PC but an Audio cd is a standard.

As referenced by tbrewst the only way to show audio CD track information on a Mac is for it to be in a database file that's in one of the Mac libraries. Information is written to this database either by automatically downloading from Gracenote or by entering the information in iTunes. Toast does write CD Text to the audio CD (unless you unchecked that option when burning the disc). Mac's don't read CD Text. There is an "CD Text to cdinfo" applescript available at dougscripts.com that makes it easy to transfer this info within iTunes.
