Code For Tech Support

Question

I did not receive a support code when my registration came back from Roxio for Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus.

 

Here is the response I got.

It took me 3 days to get customer support to send me this email which they said would have my code on it.

Can you shed any light on my request? Thanks....Don

I have the same problem with my purchase of Creator NXT Pro.

Neither my purchase confirmation nor my registration followup emails contain a support code.

When I ask Customer Support for "Support Code" they defer me to Technical support web site, which requires support code.

So now I own a product I purchased specificly for the Video editing feature and both the MyDVD and VideoWave editors crash on startup and I have no way to contact technical support.
