I've input the disk into my computer and gone through the setup wizard. It says it has successfully installed and is now on my desktop. I go to click on it and nothing happens. I'm running on windows 8 on my computer and it claims to be compatible right? I'm so confused as to why it isn't actually starting up. Jim_Hardin Posted February 23, 2013 Report Share Posted February 23, 2013 DON'T CLICK the "Topic Solved" button!!! It hid your post. It works fine on Win8! Never Never Ever use compatibility!!! Make sure you have the RGC Device unplugged!!!!! Go in your Control Panel, Programs and Features, and remove the RGC program. Turn off your AV and any Firewall you might have and Reboot.
