Burning Dvd

I have created a folder of photos in Adobe Photoshop Bridge (CS6). When I try to burn a DVD of the photos with Roxio Creator 2010 the photos that are in a profile orientation appear in the landscape orientation on the disc. Is there anyway to keep them oriented correctly when burning the disc?

How are you burning them a data disc?

 

Or in what application?

Using the "burn data" application in Creator 2010. I'm using Windows 7 and Photoshop CS6 to prepare the folder.
