Help! Preview Screen Broken!

Hello, my preview screen is completely gone when I try to record. It won't even let me see any part of it that may seem important. When the xbox is off and I try opening it it works fine. if you need pictures please tell me. I also tried opening it with the Razer Game Booster.

I think what you want to do is try a repair but make sure you do it this way...

 

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

 

Remove the Device and set it aside for later.

 

Now insert your Roxio Disc - run Install.

 

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

 

When you reach the screen where

Repair

is offered, choose that!

 

When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

no, before it has worked completely fine. Now it has just started doing this. Should I still try it?

Do you think if you do nothing it might just heal on its' own
