No 1080P Profile In Settings Only 420

Hi, I just looked to see why my hd pro Roxio hasn't recorded in 1080p . I went to the settings to find there is only 420p in the profile . i'm using my 360 and hdmi leads and it is in 1080p on the console but there is not 1080p profile, I've tried the fix on the support page but the page doesn't load or load an open/ save/ cancel bar like other downloads do . How do i fix this

I'm guessing you meant 480p.

 

The software will show profiles for the choices it is presented with from the source.

On mine it shows 480,720 and 1080.I'm connected just as you say you are.

Make sure in the XBox settings that you check all of the resolutions that your TV will display.

i got it working but i'm very sorry if your having the issue as well i don't know how i did it try messing around it does worl out in the end

No, ours work fine

 

The only 'trick' is you have to feed it a Source that is producing a 1080 signal...

 

Without that, it will not show up
