Mouse Trouble After Installing Nxt Pro

After I Installed creator nxt pro the right click function on mouse doesn't work properly. hourglass pops up for long period of time before opening menu. this is with any file. don't have to have roxio open. i uninstalled roxio and everything works fine. Install again and same thing happens. has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix for it? I have xp os.

Did you update the drivers for your mouse?

 

Please post the dxdiag evaluation of your computer. Follow these instructions carefully. Remember to attach the text file; do not copy and paste.

 

Look at Windows "Task Manager"/"Processes" while the hourglass is visible. What is taking the CPU time? Did you let Roxio catalog your music/video/images on your hard drive? IS that active?

I remember a few versions back a problem with certain wireless mice..
