Ok so I just purchased this Game Capture HD and I've installed it and got it working ONCE sorta. I switched it from HDMI to Component in the Capture software and it crashed. Since then the Capture program has crashed everytime. IF the Roxio Game Capture HD PRO is not plugged into the computer the software loads fine with no issues. Once I plug the device in the software immediately crashes.
I've followed about three other post in this forum that all say to do the same thing. Unplug, uninstall/repair, reboot, disable av/firewalls/etc., install, reboot. I've done this, I have to say, about 10 times with the same results. I've tried different USB ports, both 2.0 and 3.0... Nothing seems to keep the software from crashing...
Any advice? If not I'll be returning this product.
