Major Roxio Video Problem

It was never properly installed...


I think what you want to do is try a repair but make sure you do it this way...


First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.


With the Device Plugged in, go into Device Manager and uninstall it!


Remove the Device and set it aside for later.


Now insert your Roxio Disc - run Install.


Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)


When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!


When the Repair competes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.

No, the picture is what I get after I click the Capture button.

But you do get the opening screen BEFORE you click capture...


Your software is not properly installed...


Repeat the exact steps in Post #2 ~ you may have to do it 2 or 3 times to get it right ;)


You never listed your PC Spec :huh: Might be a good time to do that, like what I have in my Sig Block.
