Screen Resolution Setting

I have tried to use my roxio creato nxt for the first time and I keep getting the message when trying to launch --- the current display setttings do not meet the minimum requirements for this application Please change screen resolution to 1024x768 pixels or higher ect. I did this to no avail I now have it set to 1366x768 and still get the same message HELP
