Question

I just finished downloading and installing Corel Software, avchdp.exe to my XP Computer with SP3 and my DVD will not work.

I have updated the display software and the DVD will still not play. It shows it is installed in the add/remove software. What else could I check in order to get the DVD

to play a DVD. The DVD I am trying to play is on a calculus disk.

By the way, I am not getting any error messages except what I am going to show you below. The only thing is states is this: Windows media player cannot play DVD video. You might need to adjust your windows display setting. Open display settings in control panel, and then try lowering your screen resolution and color quality settings.

I can't get a single hit on "avchdp.exe", anywhere!!!

If it isn't even on the internet, where did you see it?

Your "problem" seems to Playing a DVD you have??? Is that correct?

Does it play anywhere?

For fun, can you tell us the actually name of the Roxio product you have?

Here are the Corel programs, Which one do you have? Here are the Corel Forums where you can get some questions answered. Is this what you are talking about?

Here are the Roxio programs if you have one of them. We really need to know to answer any questions. (please).
