Wonderful Program

I just paid for and downloaded "Easy" CD and DVD Burner. My computer became unstable immediately. After installation, I was to restart. Restart hung. Forever. Turning off the computer and restarting it resulted in a message that a new startup program had been detected, then Windows Explorer crashed. When I restarted that and then tried to run Roxio burner, the splash screen appeard and hung. Clicking on anything at all, my desktop turned white and another message appeared that Windows Explorer has ceased functioning. Shutdown hung. After 4 or 5 reboots, I was able to remove this god-awful mess. There has been no problems since then.

 

In getting this message posted, I had to create an account, then create a forum account. I had to do that, because this appears to be the ONLY so-called support for this program.

 

Equally, I am sure you don't "do refunds". I hope you rot where it's hot.

The first question to be answered is what operating system are you using. That program is NOT W8 compatible. The next is does your computer meet the minimum requirements. Please attach the text file from a dxdiag evaluation of your computer. Follow these instructions carefully.
